Help Wanted: Rivers Casino & Resort to Hold Hiring Fair on June 3 Ahead of Grand Opening of 165-Room Hotel

SCHENECTADY, NY — Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady today announced it will be holding a Hiring Fair to fill more than 100 hotel and casino positions on June 3 at the property’s Event Center, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Prospective team members will have the opportunity to meet with leadership from Rivers Casino & Resort, including General Manager Mary Cheeks, for on-the-spot screening and interviews. Attendees are encouraged to bring resumes.

Rivers will be hiring dozens of new team members, including for new jobs in the casino’s 165-room hotel, which is set to open this summer. Hotel-specific positions include: Hotel Front Desk Supervisors, Front Desk Agents, Housekeeping Supervisors and Guest Room Attendants.

Additionally, Rivers will be seeking Table Games Dealers / Dealer School, Cage Cashiers, Food Servers, Cocktail Servers, Food Runners, Dishwashers, Cooks, Security Officers, EMTs, Slot Attendants and Valet Attendants.
